Privacy policy

Only what you type into the request form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the vehicle (year, make and model) or the property address, and the details of what you need done

Nothing else; there are no accounts, no cookies set for advertising, no analytics script and no cross-site tracking pixel on this site

We collect request details so we can call back and discuss the job; vehicle or address details help us give relevant information and identify what may be needed

Your details are not used for marketing lists, and the site does not build a profile of you

Request submissions are stored so the request can be answered and so there is a record of the work discussed; they are not published, and they are not shared with anyone outside the business except where a job genuinely requires it (for example a part ordered for your vehicle).

Requests are kept for as long as they are needed to respond and to keep an ordinary record of the work; there is no fixed expiry date, so if you want a request removed, ask — see below and it will be deleted

Your details are not sold, rented or traded; they are not given to advertisers or data brokers

No third-party service is used for analytics, advertising, session recording or tracking of any kind

Two things on the site do reach outside servers, and both are worth naming: the map on the service-area page loads map tiles from Mapbox, which means Mapbox sees the IP address of the browser requesting those tiles, and email sent to us is handled by our email provider; neither is used to track you across sites

Where this site links to another website, that site has its own privacy policy and this one does not cover it

Email us with the name or phone number you used to request deletion; you can also ask what information is held about you
