If the keys are not inside the vehicle, describe what is happening; a key that will not turn or a fob that is not responding may need a different service than a lockout
Share the vehicle details
Tell us the year, make and model, where the vehicle is, and whether the key is inside, missing or not working; mention if there is visible damage to the door or lock
